Job Purpose: Assisting in analyzing/reviewing/proposing new project proposal for new project ventures and overseeing the project progress for on-going project for reporting purposes

Accountabilities

Business Development:

• Conduct feasibility studies, business modelling of new ventures and cashflow analysis and income projections of proposed projects, taking into consideration the proposed solution is commercially viable and competitive;
• Carry put research and basic analysis of the industry to determine its competitiveness & project viability;
• Document processes, develop relationships at all levels and report on project status and results;
• Ensure marketability of proposed projects via market study, SWOT analysis and address any risk factors that may be highlighted;
• Assist in the evaluation and analysis of project proposals and viability, identify appropriate strategic partners or project ventures.
  
  

Others:

• Monitoring and liaising with site team on the construction progress and payment on behalf of HQ in KL Sentral office.
• Prepare relevant paper works for Management Paper (MP) and report writing for the needs of Management Reporting.
• Liaising with relevant Authorities to ensure relevant approval is being approved in timely manner.
• Support the coordination of activities, events and other initiatives organized by the department / division / company on behalf of Property Division / CGPD.
  
  

Job Specification

Requirement

• Minimum with 2-3 years of working experience.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to meet tight deadlines and ad hoc assignments.
• Experience working in Developer’s company and procedure is and added advantage.
  
  

Qualification

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning, Architectural, Engineering, Building Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor.
  
  

Skill

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Confident in communicating with all levels of hierarchy in the organization
