Accountabilities:

• Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of full set accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, etc.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.
• Manage reconciliation of bank statements and financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Develop, manage, and monitor budgets and forecasts, including annual budget preparation, budget review processes, and variance analysis.
• Implement rolling budgets and forecasts to adapt to changing business needs and market conditions.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and statements for management review.
• Conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance against budgeted targets.
• Present financial data and analysis to senior management, offering strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with Group Finance to ensure alignment of financial goals and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and accounting standards.
• Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies as needed.
  
  

Job Specification:

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounts. A professional accounting qualification is a plus.
• Minimum 4-5 years working experience. Experience in an accounting firm or financial services industry is preferred.
• At least 3 to 5 years working experience in Civil Construction & Engineering/Telecommunication Industry.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software application
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 is an advantage
