Job Specifications: 

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a proposal management role or similar role.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  
  

Experience and Knowledge:

• Experience with engineering solutions related to waste processing, combustion, emissions control, resource optimization. and energy conversion systems.
• Experience leading technical teams across engineering design, construction, and operational phases.
• Expertise in overseeing feasibility studies, process optimization, and system integration.
• Deep understanding of environmental regulations, permits, and safety standards.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing, proposal development, and stakeholder presentations.
